There is a new company entering the mlm industry and it's called the Numis Network. The Numis Network have come up with an mlm payment plan for the sale of gold & silver graded coins. The Numis Network was founded by Mike Mezack, Jake Kevorkian, Christopher Kent & Ian Cordell, With their large collective experience of direct & network sales they are indeed a formidable force. Certified coin sales is a massive $10 billion business in the United States and over $100 billion across the world, so for sure it's a great industry to be involved with.
What is a graded coin you may ask. A bullion coin that has been authenticated by a specialist would be the short answer, to work out its value the specialist will need to consider its weight and purity. It is then ultrasonically sealed into a container and then ready for sale to the millions of collectors on the planet. Anyone involved in this industry should do very well as the prices of gold and silver has risen dramatically over the last year or so. Many folks are aware of the demise of the American dollar and would jump at the chance to secure their money in gold & silver.
As stated by Mike Mezack the prime directive is to become the biggest seller of certified and graded coins in the world.. I hope they get a more varied stock in soon as I was only able to find Amercian Eagle coins. The binary pay plan delivers well, you will be compensated down to infinity on a left and right leg. An interesting point to note is that they will pay you a commission when your distributors become TQ (training qualified)
MLM training videos for all new distributors are available in the system according to Mike Mezack. Having investigated further I discovered that you actually have to pay for the training!, to avoid you getting a shock if you sign up I will tell you that the Numis network will ask you to pay extra money to access their training vault. The complete newbie's to the mlm business model will need a lot more coaching than is provided by Numis. There is nothing out of the ordinary provided in their suite of promotion tools.
If you've been involved with mlm for a while you will probably be aware that promoting a website which is the same as that of all the other distributors in the network is not the most efficient method of recruitment, just simply driving traffic to a replicated website is not the answer in today's market environment. It's vital that you are creating your own brand as a leader online, they don't tell you this in their training (I've seen it), lead generation training left a lot to be desired and someone new who just uses the conventional methods is unlikely to get the success they desire.
I am not a member of the Numis network and I probably would not join, I'm not a coin collector. But for anyone thinking of joining it provides a solid business plan in a wildly thriving market which will probably continue to grow.
Just be aware that you won't be able to rely completely on the marketing training they will give you, you will need some extra MLM recruiting training that's for sure.
